Sodium Girl was created by Jess Goldman Foung after overcoming a disease called Lupus. She combines her love for food and writing by creating no salt, low-sodium recipes and sharing them on her blog. “The Big Lo-So Thanksgiving” post includes a menu of ideas from different blogs as well as her own recipes for appetizers, main dishes, and desserts with a new recipe for low-sodium pumpkin pudding listed at the end. What I like most about this post is that she suggests recipes from other blogs, including cauliflower nut ricotta from The Kitchn and non-turkey suggestions from Food52. Jess excels at being inclusive of most diets (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, and low-sodium options) to provide a meal everyone at the table can enjoy. Check out Jess' all-inclusive Thanksgiving meal here.
